CANCELLATION POLICY

Glow Skincare & Laser Center has a 48 hour cancellation policy.  As a courtesy, and to help clients remember their scheduled appointments, Glow Skincare & Laser Center does send text and email message reminders in advance of the appointment time.  We have recently experienced an increase in clients failing to keep their scheduled appointments or not calling to cancel. Please understand that when you forget, cancel or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on our waiting list.

Therefore, no-shows or notifications given less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee.   The cancellation fee is applied to your profile and must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.  There will be no charge for those that give at least 48 hour notice.
